End of Tenancy checklist

Reception Rooms, Hallways and Landings:
High dust (ceilings, light fittings, curtain poles etc)
Low dust (shelves, skirting boards etc)
Light switches, skirting boards and plug sockets cleaned
Cupboards, shelves and drawers cleaned
Inside of doors and windows including frames
Carpets and rugs vacuumed and hard floors mopped (steam cleaning available on request depending on suitability)

Kitchen and Utility Room:
High and low dust
Light switches, skirting boards and plug sockets cleaned
Deep clean of kitchen including worktops, tiles, sinks, hob/cooker top, extractor fan hood and trays and inside and outside of all cupboards, drawers and shelves
Disinfection of surfaces
Inside of doors and windows including frames
Carpets and rugs vacuumed and hard floors mopped (steam cleaning available on request depending on suitability)
Inside and outside of white goods such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine
Single/ double oven clean can be included at an additional cost

Bathroom/s:
High and low dust
Light switches, skirting boards and plug sockets cleaned
Deep clean of toilet, sink and bath/ shower (including tiles, plugs and shower glass)
Limescale removal (as much as possible)
Disinfection of surfaces
Inside of doors and windows including frames
Carpets and rugs vacuumed and hard floors mopped (steam cleaning available on request depending on suitability)
Mirrors cleaned and buffed
Towel radiator cleaned and buffed

Bedroom/s:
High and low dust
Light switches, skirting boards and plug sockets cleaned
Inside and outside of cupboards, shelves and drawers
Inside of doors and windows including frames
Carpets and rugs vacuumed and hard floors mopped (steam cleaning available on request depending on suitability)
